His Hands Church in Woodstock, GA added to their great room by modifying the non-load bearing wall blocking entrance doors by cutting a piece from the wall and having us design and install a large countertop as a peninsula. It is the same finish and look as the large table we did for them in 2022.

The top is supported by new structural studs in the lower wall and held with steel countertop supports from The Original Granite Company. The supports are anchored to the structural knee wall and tied to the counter with z-clips to allow for the wood to move.
