The client wanted to transform her primary bedroom wall by building in a fixed headboard feature to frame their existing bed. Floating nightstands were built and spaced on either side of the bed. Each nightstand has power accessible through the top, providing both 115v and USB outlets. The top of the headboard has LED lighting integrated in a recessed channel along the top.

All components are white oak plywood and solid wood, finished in Rubio Monocoat's Antique Bronze to minimize the veining of the oak.
